Considering what Ten Hag has had to deal with from Day 1, He is the only manager to show strength and confidence in his own Ability and methods. He has not looked for excuses, he backs his players , he is stubborn and that is mostly a good trait to have in charge of a powerful club like United, Leadership is important and he is leading us to some very good times ahead imo.

Totally agree with you. He’s the right man for our club. He also has a better win ratio than thst thunderbird artetta. Klipity klopp and pep at this stage in his tenure at United and believe it or not better win ratio than sir Alex in his first two years at United. Luke shaw going to the euros after being injured pretty much all season makes me lose all respect for him as a player. He rushed back to be with england but not for our cup final which won us european football that gives us transfer window money we desperately need. I would also 100% sign amrabat for 10-20mil immediately. We need depth at 6 or 8(depending on who we bring in to the midfield) and Mainoo can’t play 60 games next season and NO ONE wants mctominay there which is what we will have if casemiro goes and he should absolutely go. Especially after his form dropped this year and now reports have come out that he isn’t doing what the coaching staff asked him…

I can only see this ending in tears. Looking at the facts doesnt bode well for the future. We are stuck with a number of players that are on big contracts so its hard to move them on. A few of them Ten Hag signings too. An even bigger problem is we have a manager that the board clearly dont want. Theyve had months to come out and back him but they never did. Instead they spent their time interviewing other managers. Youd have to wonder why Tuchel and Poch werent interested?? So where does that leave Ten Hag. How is he supposed to give 100% on pulling the club out the shit knowing that Ineos are determined to get rid. This saga is far from over and it wouldnt surprise me in the next few weeks if Ten Hag walks.

Reasons to back Ten Hag: - ETH had a great first season. - 3 finals in his first 2 years at the club. - Winning 2 cups, league cup and FA cup - no other manager has done that. Instilling a winning mentality. - Dealt with the chaos at the club. - Tried to change style of play - sure enough injuries and new goalie errors dumped Utd out of champions league. But with the changes it's to be expected. - Brought youngsters through in to first team. - Got 8th which in the scheme of things wasn't too bad. I don’t see why Johnny evans having another year is a bad thing. If I’m correct he’s The only player in the squad who has won the league at United so you meet him in and around the squad for the mentality. Fergie always kept one or two senior players who effectively were past their best for the same reason and to help the young players adapt to the first team mentality and what’s expected of them. In saying that we do need to sign at-least 1 more centre back ( world class ). We can progress Kambawala into the squad. We need to get a right winger if mason is not coming back and a centre forward and a defensive midfielder is also a must signing. Get the right players in the summer and I think we may go close next season. Just my gut feeling.
