The overlap crew, the show is great and stick to football is definitely some good content related to football with great hosts and awesome guests. Perhaps the comment section is an indication that the content that the hosts talk about is mainly related to Man United a bit too much. Some of the best episodes were when you had diverse guests on the show, managers or people from different sports. This content is probably already pre-recorded or something, but a humble request. Could you please have diverse people on the show or have a fruitful discussion revolving other teams, maybe even related to the lower leagues, managers etc. If anyone has any other suggestions please do reply. It’s a great show and would love to see it be better. Constructive criticism is always better than complaining anyways. Of course people keep talking about the 99 team ,it was the most incredible achievement of the first century of football ,and closed that era off perfectly. If football takes its roots from warfare, then a German team ,on the cusp of history ,being defeated at the last minute by an English team dotted with foreigners ,was a not too subtle sub plot. Plus ,nearly everyone in football underrated so many of those players for so long.

That Real Madrid game arguably cost Keane the Ballon D'Or..... He had an amazing start to the 1999/2000 season and had so many dominant games, including scoring the winner against Palmeiras in the final of the Intercontinental Cup, huge performances in the Champions League against Fiorentina and Valencia and most famously, a brace against Arsenal in a come from behind 2-1 win at Highbury. Obviously with Ireland not in the Euros that would have been a disadvantage, but I believe if he continued his form, he might have been able to get at least a top 3 finish. But he had a poor game scoring an own goal and missing a presentable chance and was outplayed by Redondo. United's season kind of fell flat after that. They won the league in dominant fashion, but it was seen as a disappointment that they went out so meekly to Madrid. Especially as some of the other dominant teams of the past decade, like AC Milan and Juventus had at least reached back to back final and that was the level people thought United could get to but it didn't happen. He did win the PFA Player of the Year award though, so it wasn't too bad.

What's happened to Jamie, he's actually being fair and not overzealous, and more important selfishly; not leaving one/me disconcerted. Yes Roy, that's understandable and would normally be admirable, but one can't say that publicly as clearly as that without by default undermining the manager and effectively telling him what he needs to do - though that not be your intention - it's good to see both sides of a story, both you and Fergie should do this!
