The worst part of this story is that his whole family allowed him to hide and lie his way through life for the last twenty eight years. They knew who he was and they hid him in plain sight. Then his aunt wants to know why he be getting arrested. And we always want to blame the police for treating people like criminals when they get pulled over and they spout off lie after lie. This is the reason the police are always suspicious of those they pull over and start acting weird.

Originally found this story on a KZbin channel called 23&1 lockdown and the host of it mentioned that the fugitive more than likely had help from his family to hide for such a long period of time. Another thing; I have to imagine his mother's last thoughts before she passed away was of her son and can only imagine the victim's family sense of uneasiness and fear knowing the killer was still out there; probably looking at every individual who passed by them in public.

sometimes family help in this type situation is what get you caught , some people on the run dont go to family for help and make it their mission to stay away from family with no kind of interaction with their family because that shit gets you caught
@Hallaneious9 ай бұрын
Yeah that's often true for some with family members who will knowingly shield them from justified punishment. But there are other types of families like members of mine who will turn you over immediately for something like this - they don't believe you have the right to be supported and free after you've wrongly destroyed another's life or taken it and destroyed their dreams and family. Family and friends who knowingly shield a cold blooded murderer are despicable and disgusting !!

I used to be a Store Detective. One day a fellow Store Detective caught a shoplifter who came back peacefully, and the police were called. Everything was going well in the interview room and then the results of the 50 check came back. The shoplifter was wanted on a murder warrant. The cop pulls out his gun and points it at the guy's head and tells him to put his hands in the air. You never know who is out there in society.
