VERY professional work Sandra ! Good judgement , giving this patient some form of tranquiliser from the Benzodiazepines group . Either Oxazepam / Diazepam 10mg .... Enough to get him in a calm state of mind ... Long enough 4 you to complete the procedure ! Things can go very wrong very quickly , when a patient starts to panick , halfway through a procedure . You can end up in a dangerous situation cutting something you're not meant to . Best thing of all , you RESTORED his FAITH in doctors , needles and / or blood . I imagine he felt the same way I did when I had Lasik done. The thought of having both eyes held open while they laser them freaked me out and thinking if I moved I could damage my eyes made it worse. In the end, I did it and I have near 20/20 vision but it screwed my eyes up. They don't produce enough moisture now so I must use Genteal Severe daily or my eyes get so dry, itchy, and painful it's miserable. My optometrist said it only happens to about 1% of patients. Sigh..

My ex-husband, you've got to hear this, was a hunter, I mean, if you could eat it, he shot it. He'd clean it, cut it up, covered in blood, and cook it.
