This show is fake. Any restaurant who are on the show get free ad's for people to come down and see the restaurant plus try the food. You can tell how everyone talks. It's like they reading a script. Even the vrabl fights sound like their reading script.

Most people have a side hustle or do a charity scam. Generally these jobs are a) if you need cash quick and don't want long term commitment b) part time as a student or while training for proper job to pay bills c) get some experience to jump the ladder and progress quicker at a small business and/or good benefits.
