Preventing sinus before it gets worst. Keep a warm cap on your head Stop cold drinks, drink warm water instead. Turn off ceiling fans Use steam inhalation with Eucalyptus. If left nostril is blocked, lay on right side, and vice versa. Avoid fried, spicy, and junk food to avoid worsening sinus. Over all stay stress free and sit quietly for at least 10 minutes or less till warmth returns to body. Still sleep without ceiling fan, or /C blowing, and keep a beanie cap on at night. I hope this helps someone.

I got sinusitus a month after I started wearing a mask. My work days are 10 hour days. I'm still dealing with a drippy nose, dizziness and pressure in the head. I'm guessing when the mask goes away, the infection will go away. I've had this for 15 months now. Thank you for the video. 🤗🤗🤗😊😊😊

didnt hear any discussion of the possibility of a fungal infection causing the sinusitus eg from breathing in mold spores in a damp home

Thank you. This was really helpful ❤️.. No taste or smell for almost 7 days due to sinus infection and it has caused swelling, pressure and burning sensation in my nose. Which has also blocked me from my ability to smell. It definitely went from viral to bacterial infection.

Do you have polyp blockage. I did and had surgery. I’ve never had so much relief from a surgery. That was eight years ago. The downside has been chronic frequent infections with post nasal drip.Sometimes the polys come back . Mine have. implanted steroids have kept the passages open. They no longer pack the nose with loose gauze after surgery which was dreadful. New methods allow the nose to stay open. Now it’s time for my yearly ragweed season. Good luck.
