Question: If I am working on Odoo 17 and have various tools, grease, and oils used for maintenance, how can I manage the usage of these items from the maintenance module? For instance, if 12 kg of oil was issued and 2 kg was returned, or if a sanding machine was issued and then returned, how can I adjust this movement so that it is accurately reflected in the inventory to keep the stock balance correct?

Thank you for your video, just would want to ask, how to Add MAINTENANCE TYPE, so aside from PM and CM, I would like to include Calibration, Verification, and Validation. Is that possible?

What if you have 1pc of equipment that requires multiple PM checks at different times. Example, air compressor. Check... monthly. Check... every 3 months. Check... every 6 months. Check... every year. How would I input this into Odoo to do this automatically? There's really no machine I've ever worked on that requires only 1 interval check.

100% agree. This system is ridiculous. We have same issue here with the Odoo 16 maint app. They propose we create another equipment in system x-1, x-2. x-3 and then setup the monthly, 90 day and annual PMs on these three "different" but the same equipment. I love the work arounds rather then Odoo actually working for this. If they just move the task frequency to the task from the equipment setup page then you could do it properly. Not a 1.2 an ass way. So frustrated.

Why did you setup the PM frequency to 1 day? Wouldn't this mean your PM is being done every 24 hours? 2nd question - how to setup two preventive tasks with different frequencies. i.e. 30 and 90 days?

i think, Odoo software is so inadequate for this subject. Planned Maintence and Failuere Management is an ocean.
