very nice video. I have a pony who is about to founder due to pain he is in because of a correction we had to do on his front feet. The poor guys sole is so tin he can gets sors simple by walking on hard ground. He is on pain medication and anti-inflammatories and trying everything to stop him from getting founder. But my vet said it was a big possibility he would. It is so hard on me. I have 2 shetland pony's the one having quiet serious hoof issues due to an infection(hands why he has to get correction done on his feet because his bone repositioned itself in a wrong way). I keep them in tip top condition make sure they won't get fat, they get there exercise, get the right foods, get them in for the farrier every 6 to 8 weeks. But still things go wrong like this :( freaking sucks when you try so hard and things fail on you. He'll be fine though we knew the correction would be a big hill, 2 more to go and then all will get back to normal. Might cost more then he's worth but that doesn't mean he shouldn't get the best care! shetland pony's are horses too just cause you can get them for free most of the time now a days doesn't mean you should neglect them...
