Very good interview, you've talked about topics managers don't usually talk about. You really need to be very profesional to manage a team with different ages, to solve any problem with difficult collegue before taking the decision of just firing that person. I also loved when you talk about the people nobody hears because they are in a lower position, that is true and common! Thanks again.
