There are studies which indicates that Meditation improves Endorphin Levels. Being an Atheist, do not mean You should not understand Meditation. Meditation is about trying to achieve a calm state of mind. You can take the God Part out of it if you don't want that. The core of meditation is about mindfulness, which means focusing on the present moment and observing your thoughts and feelings without judgment. There's no requirement to involve any deities in this process.

അങ്ങനെ ഒരു അവയവം വാസ്തവത്തിൽ ഇല്ല മനസ് എന്നത് ഒക്കെ മത കെട്ടുകഥകളിൽ നിന്ന് വന്ന കാര്യമാണ്. മനസ് എന്നത് കൊണ്ട് പലരും ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത് ഹൃദയത്തെയാണ് പക്ഷെ ഹൃദയത്തിനു ചിന്തിക്കാനോ ഓർക്കാനോ സ്നേഹിക്കാനോ മനസിലാക്കാനോ ഒന്നും തന്നെ കഴിവ് ഇല്ല ഹൃദയം വാസ്തവത്തിൽ രക്തം അങ്ങോട്ടും കൊണ്ടു പോവുക, ശ്വസിക്കാൻ ശ്വാസകോശത്തെ സഹായിക്കുക ഓക്സിജൻ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുക അങ്ങനെ പലതുമാണ്. ശരിക്കും മനസ് എന്നത് കൊണ്ട് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കേണ്ടത് തലച്ചോറിനെയാണ് കാരണം സ്നേഹം, പ്രേമം, ഓർമ, വികാരങ്ങൾ, ചിന്ത ശേഷി, യുക്തി ചിന്ത ഇവ ഒക്കെ തലച്ചോറിൽ വരുന്നുണ്ട്
