We did try this unit and I built a rack with it, however the dropouts were just too distracting, it was a jarring experience just for a rehearsal let alone a show, so we decided to stick with a wired solution. We're in NJ so probably crowded frequencies here. However, I encourage anyone to try them, just make sure you put it through its paces during the time frame you have to return them

Great review! Are you still using this system? I've been using 3 Galaxy Audio systems and I'm looking to streamline my setup - this system looks really good.

I got the PTM 22 unit with 4 body packs and I can't seem to get the audio to sound right. It's distorted in the highs and lows, it's almost like the audio has a gate on it, and the audio seems like it's modulating to me. I've tried multiple different types of cables, channels, groups, volume levels, etc. Have you had any experience like this with your units? Any ideas on what the issue might be?

hey Jon! It could be the antennas for different MHz. Had a friend with similar issues.

Hi... where can I buy the syntech rack?

Will the sound change at all if you combine the XLR from the mixer into dual 1/4” jacks and use the L and R inputs on the PTM-33?

Stupid question. I've never used monitoring systems before. Can I use this plugging Into a Fender GTX100 and with that I run a wireless shure pedal and transmitter with that

you should keep both antennas upright, that is not a mic reciever with diversity system. both antennas are transmitting, one for each pair of channels. omni-directional antennas transmit around itself like a donut shape. diversity mic recievers like to have their antennas spread in 45 degrees because each one will have a slightly different polarization this way.
