You always talk to my heart. A few months ago I told you that my boyfriend was gone for no reason, you told me that for some reason things happen and I found out he was cheating on me. I feel bad for not leaving him since I was no longer happy with him, but I continued to be with him for fear of loneliness. I regret it. Lately it's hard to be happy because there are many things I do not like in my life, but little by little I'm trying to change them. Thank you for always bringing me some inspiration.

Aww I'm so sorry to hear that! It's okay that you stayed! I totally understand why you felt this way! It was a good lesson and he was there for a reason after all because you learned something from it! I believe it's more important to learn to be happy on your own and being okay with not having anyone next to you! You don't need anyone to make you happy or feel a void, because it only makes you depend on someone else. When you are happy on your own you will be even MORE happier when you meet someone that is happy to be by your side and you both will bring out the best in each other even more!

I'm actually crying. I don't know why but I think it's because this relates to me so much. I don't really like myself and I'm never happy with the things I do. I always say to myself "You could've done this better" or something like that. But you actually made me appreciate my work a little more. And even if it's just a little bit it means a lot to me. Thank you for your relaxation video. It made me calm down after days of watching the mess in Texas this week. And I've been seeing a psychologist for months now, but you said a couple of things that gave me some wonderful thoughts. I will pass this on to friends. Then an idea popped into my head. I have avoided making mandalas because of drawing the structure. Then it occurred to me that it looked like a color wheel. So I will use the markings on my many sizes of color wheels to draw my mandalas. I have never commented on a video before. I really admire you and love watching your videos. It calms me to watch you draw and you've inspired me to be creative. At first, I made the things you were making, like the strawberry planter, but now I'm trying a lot of artistic things on my own and feel that I'm generally happier and more at peace with myself. I have health issues that cause a lot of pain, and while they're managed with medicine, I focus too much of my thoughts on the pain I feel. Hello Makoccino, thank you very much for this post about 'Happiness' and being happy with oneself. Not many people talk about that, and continue living life in an unhappy way keeping the mood that makes them feel negative so that they can complain. I have learned, as you said, if you do not like your situation - Change It! Wonderful thoughts and a beautiful mandala. I heard a story about a man who dies and stands before God. There are tears in the eyes of the Creator and the man hears, "Why when I worked so very hard to make you unique among all creations did you try so hard to be someone else?" Happiness is fleeting only when you don't accept that you are unique, loved by the universe and live in the moment. It's all we have. The religions of the world all believe that you should love others as you love yourself. Loving yourself comes first before finding friends, the right career or life focus, your passion or your path. God made your arms just long enough to hug yourself if there are no other arms available. Such a wonderful way to start a day. Thank you.

I love this mandala. Somehow when you somehow started it seemed all one shade of white and even though the paper never changed colors, the center seems whiter by the end, like a beacon of hope or a center of positivity. I think that's so interesting about YOUR mandala. I always thought about getting a mandala tattoo on my shoulder, but never found the right one. I think it's time I revisited it.
