Mandarine sour cream cake / fanta cake classic that everyone loves / easy and quick
Fanta cake is popular with both children and adults.
Easy and quick to make, simply tastes good and sure to succeed.
Here is the simple recipe for it.
sponge cake:
Tin 30x40cm
4 eggs
180 grams of sugar
150ml oil
180ml orange soda e.g. Fanta
300g flour
1 packet of baking powder
30g cornstarch
Cream:
400g sour cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
600g cream
3 packets of cream festival
80g sugar
350g canned mandarins drained weight, double the quantity if desired
Molding:
250ml juice from the tangerines
1 packet of clear cake glaze
Leave the cake in the fridge for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
It will keep well chilled for 3 to 4 days.
