The simple recipe for the sour cream cake with tangerines and without gelatine not only convinced us with its taste, but also with its appearance and the quick preparation. As always, I'll show you step by step how to bake the cake yourself. The recipe is my variation of the "Tangerines in Paradise" cake from the chef's recipe collection.

300 grams of cream
300 g sour cream
2 packets of custard powder (paradise cream lemon)
2 small cans of tangerines
optionally:
200 to 300 g cream for decoration
1 pack of whipped cream
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
100 g toasted flaked almonds
