For #MandolinMonday, here's a super fun Québécois tune played with mandolin and accordion! "Le Releveur" (also called The Meter Reader) was composed by Québécois fiddler Richard Forest. He was once a meter reader for the electricity company Hydro-Québec. It's a very popular Québécois reel here on the West Coast and was transcribed in the Portland Collection tunebooks. Thanks to my Dad Louis Léger for playing the accordion!
