The Manduka Pro Yoga Mat is a long lasting, durable and luxury mat as shown in this review. It is a closed cell mat and is 6mm thick. The size is 26" x 71" and weights about 7.5lbs. It also comes in various colours and is a long lasting product that will give you great service for many years. I started using this yoga mat to do my P90X yoga workouts at home with Tony Horton's program and more than 10 years later my mat remains in tip top condition!

Yes, yoga worked wonders for my back issues. I have had slipped disc issues for many years but whenever I am doing regular yoga all that disappears. It makes my body super limber and super durable. It truly is a magic workout and exercise. The Manduka pro mat has been used regularly by me for years and it's still going strong. I like the feel of it and good for supporting the knees etc. My older mat when I did certain poses on my knees I'd have to double up the mat to get enough cushioning but not with the pro mat. For someone like me who will continue to do yoga throughout my life this is a no brainer, to get a high quality yoga mat!

Thanks Mark! For sure this particular yoga mat is long lasting and I personally believe yoga is like the fountain of youth when it comes to exercise. You increase strength, flexibility and balance and all of those are essential for everything you do in life. I have found yoga to make my body more durable and pretty much eliminates injuries too. So a luxury yoga mat for me is a must because yoga will always be a big part of my life! :)

This is the go to yoga mat for longevity and quality! Anytime I use this mat I feel top quality which also gives me positive vibes when doing my yoga workouts! So for sure worth the investment! And yes you can choose a colour that suits you and still have the best quality at the same time! :D

Yes you're right, the durability I would consider as the value for the money. So you get the value back when you invest that money into the product! Yes been using this for 10 years and not sure if I'll ever need to buy another yoga mat again lol. As you know from my previous reviews I own a number of different products that have lasted me a long time and this is just one more of those types of products. I like to share my experience with others so people can make an informed choice when going to purchase for themselves! Apartment surely is cozy and a nice spot to do my yoga exercises as well!
