Tator tot hotdish (the original one, like you made) is a huge winner in Minnesota. We usually mix the cream of mushroom soup, hamburger & veggies all together, then layer on the tots and top with the cheese!

You can always make your own buttermilk, you add 1 tablespoon of vinegar per one cup of milk. Let it sit for about 10 mins. An add to what ever you’re baking or making.

My cat Kassidy loves cheese, she says you can never have enough cheese! She also loves buttered bread and grits and eggs. I like the smaller casserole recipes as I cook for just my mom and me and 9x13 is just to much when your not a leftover eater.

My late ex-FIL would have loved that tater tot casserole. I don't particularly like tater tots, though I LIKE-LIKE potatoes in most other forms, but this would have been very pleasing to 'Dad.' He was such a sweet man, I'd make pretty much anything he liked just to see him smile about it. MIL was a great cook who cooked primarily for his pleasure, but I also did that a lot (I also did it for my own wonderful father).

Thanks again Mandy for the great recipes. My favorite one is the pork chop one, I may have to try it. Ask Jessica for the chicken crock pot recipe that uses Buffalo Wild Parmesan Garlic Sauce, Cream Cheese, Chicken Breast, cooked Spaghetti. She and Bunkey made it on her last video. I am not a fan of spicy food or too much garlic, but they loved it and said it was very good. They had roasted Broccoli to go with it and it was Amazing, it is in my list for March.
