Hi Mandy. A tip for using the store bought pizza dough: take it out of the plastic bag and let it rise on the counter (covered in a greased bowl) at room temp for at least an hour. If it doesn't rise, it's difficult to roll out. You can also buy frozen bread rolls (3 in a package). Let the frozen loaves thaw and rise for several hours, then use with any pizza dough recipe! Gotta let that dough rise, girl!!

In addition…let the dough rest. I roll for a few minutes, then let it rest. Then continue to roll. It will be so much easier.

I would addvthat if you form the dough into a ball first, flatten with your hand and pull out the corners, that might help.

I think it's so funny that your Gracie loves cheese so much. I'm not a cat person so I don't know 😂 I have a bunny rabbit and she's a strict vegetarian. I am always looking for something different that she will like. She's just like a baby. She eats sleeps and poops. I love it when she wants to come out and play. ❤❤

Hi Mandy, we tried this Stromboli recipe and it was a big hit! A tip though USE Fleishman's instant PIZZA YEAST. So much easier to make your own dough faster than struggling with rolling the dough you bought! When you make this dough with the special yeast it rolls easy and does NOT spring back and fight. :) only takes like 5 min to mix and roll! (And no rise time needed)

For the KFC bowls, popcorn chicken works great! Air fry and place on top after baking the potato, corn and cheese mixture to retain the crispness of the chicken!😋

Gracie lou is always the star of the show❤️ I think my fiancé would love the low country boil. That would be his favorite but mine would be the crockpot stroganoff!!! I love hearty meals like that! We always enjoy bloopers!!

My favorite recipe was the stromboli. But the one I'm most excited to try is the low country boil. We spend far too much money and time each month at either Pier 88 or Juicy Seafood. I also like the KFC Bowl Casserole. I've made something similar where we just put our own bowls together. Anyway, thanks for sharing these!

They all look good, but I’m definitely going to do the KFC bowl first. It looks so simple, but with the homemade potatoes, it’ll be SO much better than KFCs. Also, I love to watch Steven’s face when something is good. No words are needed. Gracie Lou’s stealth mode when cheese is present is top notch!😂😂😂

I was born in 1949 and I can assure you that they did have both stand mixers and potato chips in the 50s. 😂 I especially remember the stand mixer because I put the beaters in the wrong way and broke it. I made the Mashed potatoes & Chicken Casserole on Saturday. Everyone loved it, although my hubby asked for more corn, daughter asked for more chicken, and my 5 yr old granddaughter asked me to cook it again Sunday. So this was a HUGE hit with my family. I love your channel but I think my grandkids love it even more. The ones that love to watch are 10,8 and 7 years old. They think the Stromboli would be their favorite to try. The beef stroganoff in the crockpot, and we do add the cream of mushroom soup and use less sour cream , delicious. My family loves the old bay boil , I add crab legs and crawl fish with the other items ( no sausage during Lent). I make a pan of rice on the side . I reserve the old bay broth, add a little cornstarch slurry to thicken pour back in pot, and add a stick of butter on top to melt down on everything . Serve the seafood with rice on the side to soak up the juices . I save the old bay broth in a Mason jar in my refrigerator . When I make shrimp scampi, I use a little of that delicious old bay broth, add my garlic, more butter, thicken cornstarch slurry, add shrimp, and serve over noodles. The KFC copycat is delicious. We will be trying the Stromboli recipe soon, for a party looks delicious 😋. Thank you Mandy for sharing these wonderful recipes. God bless you and your family 🙏❤️🎉
