I am fifty years old and have medium length curly hair. You have saved my life. Literally,I was walking out in the cold with wet hair. It was wet for 5 or more hours. I was putting product on my wet hair. Now I wait and apply later and do the diffusing as you suggested. My hair is only wet for less than an hour and a half now. You have saved me from colds and pneumonia, lol! I’m also sleeping with a silk cap now. My hubby of 25 years thinks it’s funny but cute. I can’t believe the difference.

I appreciate this advice and the science. I live in Sweden and we get cold, snowy winters too, as it's on the same latitudes as Canada. My specific area has very dry air all year around though, plus it often rains, even in the winters, and almost always very windy as well. All of that is a definite hair disaster. So I agree we should cancel winter lol.

My friend's daughter has such damaged hair! She is only 8 and doesn't see the value in spending time on her beautiful hair. It looks like a mix between yours and Amanda's, and is mid way down her back when dry! But it is matted underneath in sections sometimes and is always so big! Could you do a transformation video taking someone with really dry, chlorinated, unkempt hair and in 3 days or a week show the new do? Including the best slip conditioners and easy hair styling products?
