ನಾವು ಶಕ್ತಿ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಆಹಾರ ಸೇವನೆ ಮಾಡ್ತೇವೆ. ಆದ್ರೆ ಕೆಲವೊಮ್ಮೆ ನಮಗೆ ಶಕ್ತಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕಿದ್ದ ಆಹಾರಗಳೇ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ತುತ್ತಾಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತವೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ನಾವು ಎಂತಹ ಆಹಾರ ಸೇವಿಸಬೇಕು..? ಆಹಾರ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ಶುಚಿಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು..? ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಆಹಾರ ಕ್ರಮ ಯಾವ ರೀತಿ ಇರಬೇಕೆಂಬುದು ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಎಸ್ಎಸ್ ಯೋಗ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾನದ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಯೋಗಾತ್ಮ ಶ್ರೀಹರಿ ಅವರು, ಆಹಾರ ಕ್ರಮದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಉಪಯುಕ್ತ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
