Good review but this pack is 12L, not 30L. The Medium is 18L. Just mentioning since a lot of people in the market have specific volume requirements or ranges when filtering initially. Also, how is the stitching and durability on the zippers? The zipper on the gear pocket on my Advanced BeFree pack just blew out after two years of solid use. So now I'm a bit weary of sticking with Manfrotto -- even though I love the design of this pack.

How do you calculate volume? The camera compartment alone is 15.4x10.2x5.1" or about 13 litres. The top compartment is at least another 3 litres. So I'd say combining the laptop space this is at least 20L.

Looks like Manfrotto is taking queues from more modern camera bag designs (*cough* peak design *cough*). This looks a lot nicer than their previous offerings!

Will this backpack fit a macbook pro 15?

It won't fit my macbook pro 15:(. For the small size that I tried, it only fits a 14’’ laptop. However, the larger sizes would probably fit it! (the medium size bag says it fits a 15’’)
