Okay, so upon watching the video at that spot a couple times I saw that there is a piece of shaved ice next to that piece of Mango, if you watch right before then right after he taps the cup the bit of ice bounces up onto the piece of Mango and melts on it. It sure looks like something going into the fruit, but it's just melting ice. :)
