Mango Mastani Milkshake | Fresh & Tasty Mango Drink | Indian Mango Season Recipe

Celebrate the peak of mango season with our delicious Mango Mastani Milkshake, a luxurious dessert that pays homage to the beloved Indian mango. Crafted with the freshest mangoes from Patel Brothers, their sweetness is perfectly balanced with the creaminess of the vanilla ice cream, creating a decadent blend that's both refreshing and indulgent. A drizzle of Rooh Afza syrup, sprinkle of pistachios, and a cherry on top!

INGREDIENTS:
Fresh Mango - 1 1/2 cups (diced, & divided)
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Vanilla Ice Cream - 2 cups (divided)
Maraschino Cherry - garnish
Rooh Afza Syrup - garnish
Pistachios - garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a blender, add 1 cup of diced fresh Indian mangoes along with ¼ cup sugar and 1 cup milk. Blend everything together.
2. Next, add 1 scoop (about 1/2 cup) of ice cream, and blend well again and set aside.
3. In a glass, drizzle some of the rooh afza syrup around the sides of the glass. Add 1 Tbsp of fresh diced mango and 1 scoop of ice cream to the bottom of the glass.
4. Add some of the blended mango milkshake, and then another scoop of ice cream on top.
5. Finally, garnish with more fresh mango, chopped pistachios and a cherry.
