Her face said it all on #3. What's the name? You need to describe the texture of each fruit.

I have tried all four of those, each has it's unique flavor profile, not only is taste very subjective, your preferences can change over time, a really sweet mango might be very impressive at first, but after you have had a few, you may get bored with it, and later prefer something with more depth. The young lady, obviously prefers fruit with some sub-acidity to them, The Kesar was probably not over ripe, it has that "spice" turpentine flavor, that can throw some people off, although I like it, all four of those mangos are excellent, but as mentioned, each person will have their own preferences. of those you have on the table, that I have had this year, were the Cac, and Butter cream, both were excellent, getting the Butter cream at the right ripeness makes a difference, the first one I had was not that great, the second one was spot on. Cac was super sweet, kind of like a Nam Doc Mai on steroids, with more complexity, after I tasted it, I bought a tree from Alex, as a gift for someone, but I snipped a scion off of it, and grafted it, it took, so yay !

You need to describe the taste and texture. The more information the better.

Because no one wants that. Compared to these mangos that is a waste.

At least she’s honest! Great to see different pallets taste same flavors and have completely different views.
