So its like a half unblock if there are roots still in the drain? Surly if a drain is blocked with roots, you remove them to get rid of the problem. I like Dave , just a shame about leaving a job half sorted.

They do it all the time that I have started watching this Channel, unlike the other channels that will actually put the hose in More than 2 or 3 meters in the pipe...

And that's why they are going back again to the Same Place again and then Again just like this video, because they didn't Go The Distance and the Clogged pipes opened and they have many meters to work with of hose 🤔..... but only using 2 meters to hopefully pop the plug and I get it and I have worked for a Plumber years ago and I understand but time is money and if you have to go back there then it will be on you and then you didn't make Anything......

Having worked for one of the water company’s for a bit - not all vans have the root cutting jets on them each station might only have 2/3 between 6/7 vans, usually then we’d go back another day to cut out the roots and survey the area

@@williama.baltes5230 The extra hole 🕳️ is a Straight shot of the pipe on the top and then the other one at the bottom is the Trap..... that holds water in it to keep the Sewer Smell from getting out but this one doesn't have the top cover from what I have noticed in the video...

We have three here. All fitted by the previous owner. In a lot of properties the location of water supply pipes govern the siting of an outdoor tap, it's not always possible or needed.
