Faye Lau's questioning of Felix makes me wonder if there's a twist to her story. It's like she's investigating Black Tusk and - smart cookie that she is - realised that she could only do it from the inside. Is she a double agent? Is she playing a larger game to expose the truth, the power behind the throne even at the cost of her own life? Also, as at least one other has commented, I wonder if we are the target, i.e. the player, because it's our agent who has defeated all-comers. Kudos to the writing team for making it so interesting. And a Happy New Year to you, NGN, and to everyone else. I'm looking forward to more lore in 2021.

It almost feels like the story has taken a sharp right turn. When they add to the lore now, as exciting as it is, it just feels like it disrupts the consistency. I mean think about it the black tusk, a pmc, were pretty much stated to have their fingers so deep in the Pentagons pie they got access to DARPA. But now we're told that a newly christened Russian billionaire not only funded the black tusk but is also their founder right after her fathers death. And in six years she some how gets access to the latest and greatest of American warfare tech development, no doubt through her fathers companies connections or a shady middle man working as a go between for the new dynasty. And Shaffer who's been shown to be a patriot willing takes orders form this lady, but then again he's not closed minded to the situation as a whole. Plus if you think back to the echo of him and his boss, the guy running the BTs day to day, in that coffee shop talking about being a neo-praetorian guard it sounded at the time like an eventual double-cross. P.S. Sorry for the rambling hearing your thoughts just get mine going, your pretty much the only lore guy worth listening to.
