For those that have issues relating to concepts like these: think of it as cognitive behavioral therapy. I have strugged with mental illness for most of my life, and streams of negative thoughts regarding myself and my abilities have left me socially crippled and exhausted with anxiety more often than I can count. I've made alot of progress in the past five years by changing my thoughts - that's not something that happens overnight, but by practicing it day in day out I have started to experience life in a much more positive and stress free way. ~Thinking positively~ sounds lame at first, but it is so extremely powerful in what emotions we experience and how we live our lives!

Once I saw a quote saying that 'Lucky is when opportunity meets a prepared person', and I think it's totally true. Because even if you pump into an opportunity so odd, if you haven't been working towards that you'll probably miss out, because you're not looking or you're unprepared. And every action starts with a thought, your thoughts need to be aligned with what you want from life so your actions can be too. And I need to say, your hair looks really awesome today!

Loved this video! I manifested getting into my dream university since I knew about the law of attraction. But I DIDN'T know I about synchronicities. I saw a plant once and it's shadow had the number '75' so I took a picture of it since the shadow was so clearly the number. The acceptance email I received from the University was 75th in my inbox. I'm still truly amazed by it.

I haven't ever commented on youtube before. But I'd just like to say that you help me push through life and its challenges. I started morning pages and it has helped me with my anxiety. Today, I wrote about how a job just came to my lap...my dream job. I've been job searching for months and nothing. And then within 1 week, everything fell into place. My interviews went well, got good references, and the salary offered is higher than my expectation. I did start training at another company but it just was not the right fit for me. I took that leap of faith and told them I would rather continue looking for other opportunities. And this happened. Completely all about what you described in this video.

Yup, you are right Aileen! To me and our family, it is as simple as God. Some call it Universe, Force, inner self. I found out that after daily morning Bible reading, praying and journaling, it's like meditation, positive affirmation, gratitude journal and self awareness journaling all rolled into one! 😁😁😁 Another good thing with the ritual: you feel loved and special and and created for greatness and chosen by God, yet feel humbled and small at the same time because you realize that you are just a speck of dust in the vastness of His creation. Really put me in perspective to embrace the day! Love your dream life series!

Hi, my friend sent me this video because we’re both firm believers in manifestation. Up until a year ago I was living my life in a bubble that was full of negativity, limited beliefs and hopelessness. I reached a point where I had enough and my life was stagnant. When I decided to close that chapter I became very very open to new people/things/experiences/and accepting of all aspects of my life. I can say that the most crucial part of the law of attraction is letting it go, as you mentioned, fixating on a certain outcome does in fact work in reverse which pushes you further from that desire. Around the time I started my new chapter I began seeing the number “66”. At first I’d see it once a week, then a few times a week and now I see it multiple times a day. I’m incredibly intuitive so having that sign throughout the day is reassurance that the universe really does have my back. Thanks for your videos!! -Olivia :)

Thank you for this video Aileen ☺️ I used the LAO during my journey to get pregnant with PCOS. I visualized myself being pregnant, my belly growing, giving birth, even the reactions of our loved ones on our newborn baby. And then released it, having faith that it would come true eventually, but not knowing when. I believe in God and in my prayers I told Him that I trusted Him and would let go of control, giving Him the space to do His work in my life. Letting it go made me relax so much more. And gues what? One month after that, I got pregnant. With twins! ☺️ 27 weeks on the way now and they are doing so so well. I'm so thankful for this. Miracles do happen 😊

i have very much believed in this and through my trust i have also been manifesting the experiences in my life that are in alignment with who i can here to be. in the past two years i have also been experiencing so many synchronicities. the two biggest synchronicities i get are my angel numbers, 11,44,33 that i see constantly throughout the day. i seem to always glance at the clock and see my numbers and to me it is also a sign from the universe that i am on the right path. i am also attracting people who are coincidentally supporting my path in some way. how nice to hear someone else talking about it because often times i try to relate with others but many people don’t know about this.

Hi everyone ! I just wanted to shared a personnal moment of "synchronicity" that happened to me recently : I was in Japan (a country that I love really much) a few days ago for holidays. I wanted badly to have the opportunity to see the Fuji-san, which had no real chance to happen as it's the rainy season and the sky was full of clouds. But I forgot about it and enjoyed my afternoon at Kamakura. When I was about to leave the beach as the sun was setting, I realised the Mont Fuji had appeared among the clouds in a beautiful pink light. I just thought I was at the right place at the right time and hopped I could feel this way forever ! Hope it's the way you and I will feel during our journey !

I’ve noticed another thing with the law of attraction, when I put action into what I said I would do and get through the work, I always get rewarded in some way. I’ll challenge myself and do something new and then an old friend will come out and ask to go out and catch up. Someone will give me something randomly or some other opportunity comes is unrelated to what i wanted to attract. It’s like a chain linked to what I put out into the universe. The energy always seems to come to me in lovely opportunities.

I had a really cool synchronicity​ happen recently. I was looking for a new job and feeling anxious because my current job was coming to end in a few weeks. I wasn't sure what I was gonna do. Then, one of my friends told me the company she works for was hiring. It was a home care provider for people with Alzheimer's and dementia. This happened the day after I posted a drawing on Instagram I did of an elderly person. It was little thing but I just felt something in my heart say, "yes".

i’m really interested in manifestation and synchronicity! although it can be spiritual i like to think of it as us being able to control the way our universe goes rather than the universe itself doing it for us. our minds are so much more incredible than we think and i genuinely feel as though we can move and shape our lives and what happens to us just by how we think. i haven’t experienced too much of the positive sides of manifestation yet (although i haven’t tried it as much as i’d like to), but i’ve definitely noticed that when i think negatively or worry about what i don’t want to happen, it’s much more likely to happen and keep continuing in a spiral. thank you for another insightful, clear and helpful video!

I love this topic. I do believe in the law of attraction, and in synchronicity. I didn’t know what it was called, but I’ve definitely experienced synchronicities recently. After my interview with the JET Program (to teach English in Japan), the first song that came on shuffle was “Jet” by Paul McCartney.. and I got the job. Talk about synchronicities... Recently I had this strange feeling come over me. It was a self-discovery project with all these questions that filled me that I needed to answer to just learn about me now so that I could use that as a jumping point towards a better future. Omg beautiful!! I actually did the same thing with hummingbirds. Then I started seeing hummingbirds in my backyard ALWAYS. it was so cute and fun.
