I loved this video. Thank you for the inspiration. Although I journal since I was 8 years old (I'm 29 now), I haven't done SCRIPTING that much, and I think it can be really useful. Not only to project, but also to be able to recognize opportunities faster in the future (for example: I wrote down the adjectives of how I wanted my future partner to be when I grew up, and I can say my current partner is almost exactly like that list! And I wrote it 10 years ago!).

Scripting ♥️♥️ I am so thankful for my healing thyroid and supportive endocrinologist. I am so thankful for my new flexibility in my spine. My spine has such flexibility and strength and stamina - it's completely rejuvenated. And along with it, my hips and pelvis are stronger as well. I am so thankful that my digestion and menstrual cycles are working properly and I feel greatly reduced pain during both. I am so thankful for my supportive therapist 🥰 who has taught me valuable stress management skills that have EASILY replaced prior old-me bingeing and overeating. Thanks to the hard work we've done together, I have gone out of the 40s bmi and have maintained this fat loss.

It's so hard to accept its taken me 42 years to get to this point in my life. But I look at it like it's happening right at the exact time it's suppose to. I'm new at this manifestation but I can say that it does work. In a short period I've begun my journey. I was on the verge of being unemployed and I began to believe I meditate and within 2 days I had a permanent position job offer. This was an amazing sign that what I was doing is working. Of course, this job I'm doing is not in line with my why and my reason. But it's keeping me in the mindset and space in my head that this is possible. declutter sounds perfect in my life. My home is upside down and I have wayyyy more than I need. So that's my next step is to declutter and journal the new life that I'm manifesting. This is the next phase in this journey of my self-work and I'm confident it will bring me right to my purpose. Thank you so much for all these new tips and one more thing.
