I ate the wrapper as well, haha. Charlies Wonton Special is very similar to "Mine Bwi" Mauritian boiled noodles, I love those, hopefully I can find a place in Cebu that serves them, or it's back to Mandaluyong.

RE: Asado Siopao pulled pork vs. chunks I grew up knowing only pork chunk asado siopao. I think it was only in the early 90's that the pulled pork style asado started appearing.
