Manioke Tama | Casava Bread | TasteoftheSouthPacific

An old classic Tongan recipe, Manioke Tama, which is casava bread. This has been use in faikakai or just eaten on its own. Brings back memories and definitely a dish to enjoy.
Recipe:
450g grated casava
1/3 cup coconut milk
1 cup tapioca starch
1/3 cup shredded coconut (optional)
1/2 cup sugar (optional)
