I personally like Rabbi Manis Freidman because I have found him giving balance teaching and even insights that a scholar should have. May our Lord bless him, even more of Him, in the days to come. I like to listen to his most of the youtube materials, though I am not from Jewish background. Since 40 years i have been serving the Lord. Shalom

Rabbi Manis Freidman is an excellent speaker . I love listening to him , he doesn't work up your emotions and anxiety (like preachers do) Its very casual , What Christians dont understand is that most people already have alot of anxiety (especially in this world) But alot of the time Christian preachers feed off the anxiety and tension of there congregation in order to make them feel or think a certain way that benefits them .

Sometimes i get a little bit confused when i listen to rabbi manis. For example when he says that by trying to be better you are actually being worse because now you're completely focusing on yourself and your needs instead of trying to be aware of someone else's need but if it is always wrong to try to be better it would be meaningless to try harder and to improve yourself in some aspect of your life. For example if i'm doing bad at math and i don't quit because i'm trying to be "good" and i do actually become better at math and improve myself then i do get a benefit out of it and i can even help someone else. So focusing on my own success at something doesn't mean that i'm better than someone else and that i can't be at the same page with him.i'm just becoming better than what i have used to be. But here is the catch it only works if you're trying to be good at SOMETHING! and that is fine if you're talking about your job or maybe a hobby. But if try to apply it to a relationship now you're trying to make being a son or a husband or a brother into SOMETHING and it's not a thing! And this thing can disturb you to be there for SOMEONE if the thing (the role in the relationship) becomes more important than the person who is with you in the relationship. So did i get it right?
