Great video Ben thanks for bringing us with you guys and hard work making that video. That’s all the food you guys ate I bring a steak and eggs on a day hike lol that is why I’m 255.

I've used a stick, now a custom tent pole, to wedge the guy line upward to max the space. I'm 6'1" and I still fit this set up. I love your videos Ben.

Great adventure Ben! Rain always presents new challenges and opportunities to learn. Cool to see a soaked fire pit re-start itself like that, never seen that before. Cool how your buddy used his finger tips to direct air at the fire... I'll have to try that.

Great outdoor adventure. The aftermath is difficult to walk through but I do love storms. Good video I watched it all.

Me and a buddy were just thinking about heading up there! Awesome stuff man. We're gonna do holly recreation area this weekend, and hopefully hit this spot before it gets too cold. This spring we hope to make it up to isle royale, my high school choir director went and he showed me pictures and we talked all about gear and knives and stuff lol

I've never tried Holly Rec, will have to do it.

@@livingsurvival we go there because it's local and the mountain bike trails at holdridge are close. The campsites and trails are nice, a good substitute when I can't get up north.

I must have missed it but I couldn't tell where to legally park overnight. Maybe you could enlighten me.

Looks like you guys had a good time wish the weather was better for you but you get to test out the gear and what works and what doesn’t you’ll have to do another video with snow on the ground that could be interesting also thanks for the video Ben .

Nice trip. What water filtration system did you use? Why didn't use the Grayl geopress?
@livingsurvival3 жыл бұрын
Grayl is heavy and in that area I don’t need chemical filtration. I carried the Vecto 2L bladder and Katadyn BeFree head.
