I grew up on a farm & remember killing chickens in the fall with my siblings (we were young teens), then dunking them in boiling water to defeather them before singeing to remove the pinfeathers. We would process about 30-40 each year. This is perfect for my Korean Chicken recipe.

I have been buying chicken in quantity leg quarters and freezing them to save money but, this time I decided I wanted some boneless thighs and regular drumsticks out of some of the chicken. Of all things, I am the daughter of a professional meat cutter(aka local butcher)😆my dad would say WHAT? You have forgotten how to cut up a chicken??
