Tq very much. అసలు అన్నం అంటే చాలా అలవాటు నాకు. మన దక్షిణ భారత దేశంలో అంతేగా. కానీ బరువు తగ్గాలి. Ready made MULTI grains కనకుండా. గోధుమలు కొద్దికొద్దిగా రాగులు, పచ్చజోన్నలు, సజ్జలు ఇంకా కుదిరితే ఏవైన రెండు grains కలిపి మర పట్టించి వాటితో pulkaas చేసుకుంటున్నా. ఈ మధ్య నే. కానీ ప్రత్తి పూటా ముద్ద చేసి ఒత్తి కాల్చిన చాలా కష్టం గా ఉంది. మంజలగారు I don't know about cauliflower rice but ఈజొన్నం విధానం చాలా నచ్చింది. ఇది చేసుకోడానికి వచ్చి నేనూ తినడానికి అలవాటు పడితే మీది మీ లావణ్య గారిదే credit అంతా. But ఈ జొన్న అన్నం తెలంగాణ లో గట్కా అంటారూ. ఇక్కడ బాగా అలవాటు.

Hello Manjula garu, my biggest doubt is can we incorporate bulletproof coffee for breakfast with jowar rice, dal for lunch? Cz jowar, dal are not allowed in keto i guess. So plz tell us if we can eat jowar, ragi, dal n all while having bulletproof coffee or not. Thank u 🙏❤️
