@@LittleBoSleepASMR its really hard for me to narrow it down to 3 because everything he says and writes is gold, but if I had to pick I'd say the things that helped me the most was his lectures about time, his lectures about thoth/hermes/hermetic tradition, and the 3rd one isn't a lecture its his book "the secret teachings of all ages". By far the best occult/esotaric book I've ever read. It talks about EVERYTHING.

I listened to Manlys lectures for 4 years before I ever saw a recording and when I realized he had no notes for every lecture I had listened to literally shattered me. I dug deeper and discovered he apparently had photographic memory hence how he could create a work like The Secret Teachings of All Ages at such a young age.
