Watch Peyton on the first kick, he died inside. He still loves his Broncos and is heartbroken when they lose. I believe when they won, he was so relieved. Especially when he uses “we.” Manningcast had been seeing a lot of Broncos losses, especially going back to last season at Seattle.

@@TahiriVeila13ABY You're right. He's probably lying when he says that. It's not like there are dudes who love their college alma mater, despite playing for them a handful of years decades ago. Of course Peyton, probably doesn't care about the 2 SB he went to, the 1 he won, the conference championship appearances, the comeback POY award, Pro-Bowls, MVP award, all his records with the Broncos, like highest scoring offence of all time, or 7 TDs in 1 game and other irrelevant things he did with the Broncos. That's why he looks and sounds so upset when they lose and of course why he continues to be involved with them. Manning sure does go to a lot of practices and pre-season games for a guy who doesn't care. Probably just to kill time while he lives in Colorado.

It was a combination of a lot of things but you're right that he was disgusted, mostly by the kicker missing. He fully expected the second kick to go in and he won't forget about the first one missing or the missed Extra point earlier from earlier in the game. But I don't think he'd grade Russell's performance as bad. Russ played decent and can do things that only very few guys can do out there
@chevy4x4667 ай бұрын
I think he was disgusted by the fact that he missed the first pressure kick in the first place. Keep in mind the fumbled extra point. A hallmark of nfl football is precision in the field goal kicking game. Special teams used to be a point of pride of nfl players. Bud grant of the Viking said defense was the most important, then special teams, then offense. I always thought that was hyperbole, now I really think he lived that. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! The Bronco offense better by dinner for the Bronco defense all week! The kicker and the holder better by lunch for the Bronco defense all week!!

The broncos should buy dinner for the special teams of Buffalo

More like kicker/holder should be buying the bills defense dinner for a week lol
@jaydeatts7 ай бұрын
@pandacat17 the bills defense was their only good component of that game. literally the pi at the end was the only issue, they played very well except for that play. the offense was TERRIBLE and special teams let up a bunch of high yardage returns and then also lost the game on the final play.

I have not seen a team call their timeouts like the Bill I was thinking “why not save it to ice the kicker?” but holy shit was i wrong they knew the Broncos wanted to kick it with 0 time left and look what happened Wilson knees it, it’s 4th down, now they are in a hurry to set up a field goal, the kicker was still pressured cause of the rush AND THEY MISSED IT, wow if only they didn’t have 12 men on the field

The dumb call to rush the field goal team on the field that causes the missed field goal...actually causes the 12 men on the field penalty that essentially won Denver the game. Holy Cow....
@garymorris18567 ай бұрын
How in the hell does a professional team lose a game by having 12-men on the field? I am not a fan of either team, but this is inexcusable. How does a player not know what unit he is on. One of the players, (I don't know which one), made a very stupid mistake.

you should write them a sternly worded letter
@TheShantorius7 ай бұрын
definitely could have been a coaching mistake also, but you're right especially on a kick it should be pretty clear who is supposed to be on the field

Who cares? It made for some very entertaining football. I think it’ll be a 100 years before we see anything like that again. Don’t forget to throw in Cook’s basketball dribble 🎉😂

Buffalo better clean house, fire a bunch of coaches, cut some players. That was atrocious and unacceptable

They were in the game from start to finish but some costly turnovers and penalties killed them. I don't think they need to blow this team up but they need to be more disciplined for sure
