I use 14 oz. gloves and I feel like I can shake the same heavy bag harder than pacquiao but is that a result of the glove size? I can still do a triple jab like Pacquiao but he still outmatches me in speed. I took classes in martial arts when I was younger so I know how to strike hard. I will send you a video of me on the speed bag and heavy bag when I get someone to film me this month. I'm training with 14 oz. gloves right now but I'll be getting 12 oz. ones for Christmas and I guarantee you I will shock you with the talent I'm capable of currently in search of a new trainer
