Guys 30 is a young age , most people start their careers in late 20’s and early 30’s and retire 60, this whole FIRE mentality has spoilt the general norm of working age . Early 30’s is the age when most people start a new career all over the world because till mid 20’smost are studying and then 2-3 years are spent figuring out the right job and domain when you start working.

Above 30 is not young age in IT..Folks in IT join at the age of 21-23 fresh from campus placements..By they reach to 30 they are already senior guys who have 6-7 years of experience..People who studies throughout till age 30, doesn't have any gaps can start career in IT.

40 saal ke bad sabse best idea h wife ko job karne do aur khud house husband ban jao, work life balance thik rehta h. Family relations acche rehte h aur baccho ko lekar zagde nahi hote. I'm saying this because Women are more disciplined in work and they do more focused work and bosses nowadays give them fast promotions too.

Some times they ask to quit; in India they will smoke you - giving over load, asking to work on week ends, late nights, shouting you in front of juniors, so that you will automatically quit.

In 2004 I faced a situation where a plan was there by some dirty seniors to replace everyone in quality, operations & planning departments just to bring their guys from other states and increase their power. Going to office was like going to hell in those days Fortunately in 4 months time we were able to prevent it and peace restored

I start my career too in the mid 30s, started off early, but went to jail and then a mental asylum, a couple years of playing lottery in Upsc, now everything is okay. Of course there is gap but okay ig.

Your insights are amazing, Manohar. I wish there were equivalent people like you from FMCG, printing, manufacturing industries where those people also require guidance. Many of your points are applicable for them. However the working atmosphere is much harsher there and in many cases only men work since most women cannot survive the slang atmosphere during work. So hoping someone would guide on such more tough areas in near future. One more request is that your flow of thoughts are amazing, but when distractions come eg like that phone ringing in the middle of the video and focus was lost leading to silence. Hence requesting you to keep the room free from distractions like phones, mobile, any other etc so that undisturbed flow of ideas can continue.

Bhai Layoff hote hai business down hone ki wajah sai bhi whatever you explained is half true . I respect your prospective too but jo maine dekha hai uss experience sai bol sakta hoon 50% layoffs ka reason performance ya attitude nahi hota aur GenZ are more clear in their thoughts and objectives.

Bhai yahan India mei time waste mat karo 36 ka 40 ho jayega aur yahan kuch nahi milega. German ya Japanese seekh lo aur wahan nikal lo. Abhi indians ke liye thoda visa rules bhi relax ho gaya hai. Pehle get some minimum stability in life, then kuch time rehkar thoda paisa banao (zyda nahi save hoga but a couple 10s of lacs) and phir apne papa ka business phir se revive karo.
