Let me tell my story. I was om WFH work was going good spent 1 year + in company they asked me to join through office this game went on. My father got heart attack and i asked for leaves they provided. But when i asked for 1 month wfh as to take care of father they decline by saying “apke sare gile sikwe dur hojynge ap offfice ao” and i went after. A week i lost my father for this 25k job. Seniors and closed one of manger were still making from home. I told them mujhe 1 month ghar se dedo score achi nhi hui to i will leave but kabhi samjhe nhi ye. I left job and today working on stocks. My all blessing of parents growing.

It's not concentrix every where is the same story bro. I was working with top notch HRMS Giant product based MNC. Salary was handsome but they mass fired 4000 people in just 1 year junior to director level. Rest of the employees were scared they updated their LinkedIn status as open to work suddenly management started harassing them and escalated the issue. One person made a video on that issue they fired him. Simple words company is not your family it can never be.

Bhai Indian IT is about cheap outsourcing and working for cheap rates 14-15 ghante is nothing but ghulami. Indians were slaves of white man before independence and also now. People like you are targeted because app log makhan nahi lagatey ho. Kuch galat hai to awaaz uthate ho and you are having sharp mind and eyes which can spot irregularities, wrongdoing and injustice. This is what upsets your opposition. Today you are standing for yourself, tomorrow you will stand for a 100. Sedhe sedhe baat hai, people are being profiled to see if they fit into the system or they will become problem for the system tomorrow. That's the reason for being targeted and for being harassed. You go to another company, there also same thing might happen. The system is a big network that follows you everywhere. If you are still very young and want to pick up skills so that you can build a consulting business out of it in the future then try to work for different companies quickly for 1, 2 or 3 years. Do lots of projects, get skilled and then go into freelancing / independent consulting. Till then just move quietly by fitting in and gaining knowledge. You knowledge and skill will make you sought after in the Industry and you will not be dependent on any company. Projects will come to you and you will earn big.

Uske chamche ne torture Karna Chalu kar dia.mail pe mail performance issue pe target kia.terminate karne k dhamki dene lage HR se sath gang up k pip me daalne k dhamki de rhe Mene resign kar dia it was all happening around my wedding month.I didn't bothered that much resign Kia .they put my salary on hold .shaadi k woh b notice period me tel Lagaye Gulaam Nhi job hi hai mil jayegi Dusri
