I do like the drawing of houses, it allows for a more natural central European village look, instead of just building grids of similar sized square buildings, which would look very NOT central European.

There's definitely a point to having it available, if your building a house you intend to put an orchard on - you'll probably make the lot a whole lot bigger than standard, the drawing does help here. It's just such a pain to use. Maybe another thing they could do is add clear markers on the draw lines that indicate how big it is so you didn't have to continually redraw things that where too big or small

It's on sale right now for 27.99 in Euros. So little less in Dollar probably. Imo worth it, even if the game is very not feature complete.
