You were both so lovely on Chateau Diaries and when I found out you were buying your own Chateau, I was over the moon about it. For one thing it would mean another vlog on Chateaus but also we get to follow you through your process of renovation. The tower was interesting especially the doors leading off from the stair to the different stories. The unfinished part at the top is something I wouldn't want to miss when you decide to do that room. Filling the Chateau is going to be exciting because that will mean shopping trips. Yay! Wow, wow, wow, The Lord and Lady of the manor coming down the beautiful stair case, with their lovely guests, perfect, it bought tears of joy to my eyes seeing you so well match to your new home. That tower is as the rest of your chateau beautiful. The only thing that seemed dangerous and out of place,were those blocks that looked like add ons to the stairs. The alcove at the base of tower looks like it could fit a toilet, which would be handy when working out side or when using the room at the top of the tower. The first Vlog had me at the fireplaces and wood. A sucker for wood. The grand entryway is beautiful. Now a Tower to restore! The stone seats are for the ladies to sit, read, sew, spin and watch outside. The soldiers would be on the rampart or just in the doorways in bad weather.
