I’m gonna go out on a limb and say I’m not sure anyone at Watcher is experienced in making high quality screen puppets; because if they did, ALL the puppets would be that nice, not just Professor. IE I could see Watcher making the dinosaurs, just can’t see them having made both the dinosaurs and the Professor. They’re too radically different
