Exactly. These other developers in Lavington imagine that the location is everything. This property is absolutely beautiful. I would rather buy this and another holiday home at Diani for the money being demanded for one of those squeezed townhouses in Lavington.😊

As a Kenyan living in the UK, I can without fear of contradiction say that this is one house that has captivated me. The manicure gardens, the architecture, the suitability of this house is second to none. I would be very interested to know the architect and the guys who do the manicure gardens of this house for my own personal interest.

Wow whoever will get this house will be very lucky given that it was not made to be sold, the owner made it to live in it, every little detail was thought of to the benefit of the owners, they just went for the best of everything e.g kitchen alone was worth a fortune

The attention to detail in this home is impressive. You can tell the owner was involved in the building process. And the solar is such a plus. More Kenyans should embrace fully relying on solar and kplc being backup. And the landscaping is also great. A very lovely property

WOW. The architect here needs an award for real. That's the most efficient use of space i've ever seen in houses in Nairobi. By the time I get that money, I'm sure it's gonna be already taken but I must find that architect to design a replica of this masterpiece.

Wonderful house , great outdoor planning and a detailed tour 1. So much flexibility and freedom when you have a 1/4 acre instead of the usual 1/8. 2. Hizi vitu za dunia ni za kupita lakini nataka zipitie kwangu 🤣🤣🤣

I love the functionality of the house, everything flows. Maybe I should mention at this point, Mansa your fashion sense is out of this world. You pick your outfits really well. I think it comes with showcasing high-end houses, expensive has a way of rubbing on you😂

Overall the house is worth the asking price. The outside is wonderful especially the soft grass and mini gold setting. The greenery is wonderful from the avocado tree, fruits, bananas...etc My favorite is the solar setup, it is to die for. The automated gate and security is also awesome 👍🏾 Sasa let's let's examine the cons... What I disliked was the color scheme, way too many colors everywhere, it's almost like a kindergarten color scheme. Also too many colored lights everywhere, it's like you have traffic lights all over the house🚦 The floors are expensive but doesn't mean one should all kinds of different floors in one house. Simply installing expensive floors of all kinds does necessarily make the aesthetics tasteful. Also not having a tub in the primary bath is a big miss for me, I would have the negotiate the price down for that too 😉 As always you guys did a good showing and overall the house is wonderful. Keep up the good work guys 👏🏾
