I had never heard of Mantic until halo flashpoint and I’m super excited to know more about release and get my hands on my spartan edition… That being said, dead zone is looking really nice to me right now and I’m considering picking up a starter box soon!

You won't be sorry if you grab the award winning Deadzone, in any form. It is my go to minis game, for newbies and old-grognards alike. Also highly recommend checking out community youtube content for Deadzone. Super great people, and super fun content and community overall.

I bought my open day ticket as soon as I saw the announcement on Facebook. This will be my 11th Mantic open day, unfortunately number 10 was a no show for me due to flooding and my trains being cancelled. Look forward to catching up with Ronnie, Andy, Matt and rest of the Mantic staff at the open day again. Looking forward to my Halo Pre-order arriving and also Epic Warpath next year. The joint venture with Archon Studios for the hard plastic minis is the best thing ever, as they are at least for me the gold standard aside from GW. I really hope that we will see an update on the older kits like Salamanders and Marauders. Anyway, it's time to collect Asterians and Abyssals ...

Agreed, I just put together some of the Frostclaws, first Mantic models from Archon that I'd seen, and it's a phenomenal step up for Mantic's plastic kits.

yep between Archon Studios and Wargames Atlantic there is some really good plastic kits out there these days. GW isn't the only one any more (and my wallet likes that a lot ;) )

Will there be a neoprene playmat for Halo Flashpoint? If so will it have any larger play area? I find in my games so far with Halo that range is barely ever coming into effect. But maybe that's because 2 out of 4 of the Spartans in Recon Edition are long range units?

I'm baffled as to why there aren't new plastic dwarfs :( ...then again I'm about to paint my original Mantic dwarf army lol Pre-ordering the new abyssals !

The abyssals are the first to get their second ambush set (the previous one had the 'old' sculpts), so I wouldn't be surprised if dwarves are up next year .... (heck ... mantic has been real busy this year)

Everything looks great, it seems that Mantic is working towards the future, better miniatures and with better quality, games from great sagas, Halo. But, what about the translation of the material into Spanish? Clash of Kings 2025? Will it have a translation? It would be more friendly for the Spanish-speaking community. Greetings

Do you guys have any news about shipping times for The Walking Dead: All Out War? I know the resin models got sent out recently and people have received them. I also know that you guys were shipping resin first, and then ABS models after, so orders with Resin and ABS models would be "last" in priority so to speak. I'm just wondering because I have ordered the collectors edition, commonwealth collection, and safety behind bars collection and I want to get everything ready for when they arrive! There have been updates by newsletter and on social media. The Walking Dead products are shipping now with some of the first ones shipped with customers now.

I pre-ordered the Commonwealth set and received it a week or so ago. Items are coming. see others posting on their social media that they have them.. Depending on where you live(I am in the US) may play a roll in delivery time.

Paid for a pre-order of the Spartan edition of Halo months ago from an online store... ... still waiting... ... not sure I even care anymore if this game ever arrives...

@mattyno964 Yes, but it's been super confusing as to when this game is supposed to release. Did they sell copies at Gencon? They sold out on their own website and said buy from a retailer. I heard August was the release date. It's now almost October... I could be wrong too, but that's the problem. Why do I have no idea when this is releasing? Honestly, Mantic has been horrible for years now. Things like adding proprietary dice to Kings of War are just scumbag sales schemes. I'm not sure why I bother trying to give them my money.

What they were saying is that the retail allocations for the first wave of stock are almost sold out, and they've already got the wheels in motion on the second print run so there's not a large period of time where the game is out, but you can't buy it if you missed the pre-orders. No one has the game yet, it hasn't released, though it should do reletively soon.

From what I can see, they sold a load of Recon early at events as promotional sales because there were a lot more of them that had not been preordered as most people wanted the Spartan set, makes sense to sell as much stock while there’s more hype as it might not sell after launch. Think if they had known how the response would have been they would have made more Spartan sets and less Recon. The big question is, has there been a delay with manufacturing that’s pushing the release date back as I would have assumed that since Recon has been available for a while the Spartan sets should be pretty much done too. Getting Spartan Games worries.
