The D' is more a 'ring' used in horse tack. The spoon is what I grew up knowing as a jam spoon due to the scallops in the rear corners. And your penny to me appears to have been done with a pair of fencing pliers due to the twist and same depth of each cut. Great video. Cheers John

Your 'D' buckle is more a harness 'ring' Your modified penny appears to have been cut with the side cutter of a pair of fencing pliers. I say that due to the cuts all being more or less to the same depth with the same twist. Great video. Cheers John

Gday John. That is a fair call on the toll used for cutting. Tin snips would give a twist but the are all to the same depth which would be hard to do with the snips. Thanks for watching mate 😁👍

Hello Coffee Bush, I was watched many videos about detectors, specifically for gold nuggets and I am bought 900 because you picked up small pieces of gold, (hard to use for beginners) now I see you got “manticore” so, the 900 best for gold nuggets? or there is simple machine, specially for gold and better than 900? Thank you!

Gday. Yes I do have a manticore but the 900 is a good machine as an entry level gold detector. I find the gold setting easy to use. Turn on machine, be in gold 1 or 2, do noise cancel and put your sensitivity to between 15-17 and start swinging with the 6” coil on. Good luck 😁👍

It seems that the folks I watch detecting, have sunshine on there shoulders, something tells me, there not in Gippsland! The solar panels are struggling to keep a full charge in the batteries, ive had to hook up the car to charge them enough to keep the fridge running over night. And once again, I didnt win tattslotto. Ok! Enough of my whinging. Lets go see what you're up too. A clock part to start with Well that was alright A small little buckle To do something up tight And a nicely made spoon Thats bent to the right Who ever used that spoon Had a fierce appetite Well, ive put my bet in And I reckon im right That, that target is metal And I'll win the night A buckle from England That, cannot be Im sure it should say Im from old gay parie You can keep your umbrella Its shady enough Besides With an umbrella I just wouldn't look tough Now that theres a buckle Its rugged and strong But the downside of it is Its missing its prong Ill miss the next couple There's not much to say A translated translation Of words that are said On a thin slice of metal Or should I say "lead" If you used that old compass From the place you departed You'd end up right back At the place that you started Ive seen lots of buckles But not one single swash But as mother would say It'll come out in the wash...
