My comment was lost in the aether Mr CBK - I'd had a link to US military button makers, I'm sure the marks to the rear will be clear, Kenyon NY, Horstmann Phila, plus another 8 dozen. Even better as a hat pin badge, the long cover to the pin is akin to a tie-pin, not a tie-poh. 🤠📍

That would be a 1910 - 1920 US Army enlisted mans hat badge with a screw back. Very cool find Andrew.

Very nice find mate. I think the back is like a push on sleeve that goes over the pin. I am probably wrong.

Fantastic clip easy to follow and you can turn on the closed caption on press CC and follow your instructions on what your settings are in written form-one more thing will those settings work on the Manticore and will those settings still pick up gold-many thanks

Watching this was very much like remembering my own great finds, The memory movies of the unearthing of the cool, the unusual and the bucket lister finds. Down to the way they presented themselves, As if they were waiting to pose for there return to the light of day. And saying "look at me! Ain't I beautiful!"... And there was somewhat of a similarity in watching your finds of this past year again. I remember you finding them, Its like I experienced all your finds for myself. Ive just got to remember not to confuse yours with mine. Thank you Andrew and Viv for letting us tag along And I dont even mind When Andrew Chooses to sing a song Or dodging the old light saber As he's yabering on As he's out there detecting Out there in the back Of beyond. Thank you Viv for all your work behind the scenes and making him look good. Where would he be without you. 2025! Youch! And so we begin again. And just so you know I'll be here to annoy you, in one way or another for this year too! I feel sorry for you But not for me! Cheers!
