Justflight F28 | Halifax to Montreal on VATSIM

Fully staffed Halifax, and no ATC at Montreal and bad weather on approach made for a really fun little flight! Will be doing more flying in Canada with this airline and aircraft choice. Hope you enjoy.

@@alwatt9367 i saw on the official justflight tutorials that they engage the gust lock after rolling off the active, so since then ive been keeping it engaged while moving around the airport on the ground, only to take it off before the takeoff roll. But its still not muscle memory yet so I tend to roll up to 80knots or so before realising I still have it on! checklists checklists checklists!

I have MSFS thru Game Pass, but I've been having trouble with all the keybind changes. Muscle memory is real.

Would still like to have at Delta Virtual. We do have the F-28, and I know you were worried about not being able to Fly enough, but our only requirement really is to log into the Website once amonth and fly when you can.

hey! would still like to have me at delta virtual? yea sure send me a link to the website and ill check it out again thanks, if youve got a database of heritage routes for a lot of their vintage airliners they used to fly id really like that. I know they flew the DC-3/DC-6 at least

actually just looked up the Delta historic fleet. They never used the Fokker F28 or F70 as far as I can see.

@@PeterMatthess Also yes we have a lot of DC-3,4,6,and 7 Routes. We have a whole DC-6 Program, which I am a member of.

@@PeterMatthess I do owe you an applegy. Air West Used the F-27, in the US. We do have Swiss Air and KLM Routes for the F-70 in Europe. But I was also not able to find any F-28 Routes in our Catalogue. Sorry it's taken so long for my research. We do have plenty of Douglas routes, fo rthe DC-3, and DC-6/7s
