Nice control! Climbing strength helps you hold it exactly at the backfly position.

Is there a reason your hands go inside the risers for backfly? That was way more mellow than I expected, not a cupcake, but mellower than I had imagined.

Not exactly sure why I do that but I think mostly because I find it easier to see my hands and lock my elbows to my sides in a symmetrical fashion which tends to give you less oscillation. I’ve found that if you keep a calm symmetrical hand position and wait patiently the glider will settle around the position. It’s a cupcake!
