@@Tamarlane389 You both seem to have very little understanding of what "international law" really entails and relies upon. Israels Shin Bet will not confirm that they did this. Same way the CIA wouldn't. Same way China doesn't honor copyright law. Countries choose whether to honor extraditions to other countries subjectively, too. It's any countries choice to take any other countries laws seriously and whether they choose to enforce them. Powerful enough countries like the US will not only create, but disregard/veto any supposed "international" law they disagree with. The only real except to this is honoring debt and loans, but that's only because countries rely upon paying their debts to get more loans in the future. Just look at the US disregarding anything the "international criminal court" says in regard to it's war crimes during past wars in the Middle East. The US is not a member of it on purpose. The UK is a member or at least is now, and disregarded any claims against soldiers of war crimes during Afghanistan because it has the power to do so. Just watch the documentary about it, it's on KZbin. You will see that the IIC (international criminal court) has so far only ever really prosecuted people in Africa, and why is that? It's because Africa is currently militarily and economically weak. If they were as powerful as the US or Israel, or even had nukes and an army like North Korea. They would not be prosecuted. Because, for example, if you ever try to arrest Kim Jong Un or assassinate him. You risk killing millions of South Koreans and starting a nuclear war. It's the strong preying upon the weak, and everyone is okay with it as long as they live comfortable lives as a result. Look at when the US president orders an assassination of an individual, or hacks their phone leading their death with a drone strike and ADMITS IT PUBLICLY. He cannot be sued by Apple or Google who make IPhones and Android. He is criminally immune and courts have ruled as such in the US. If you want to prosecute Israel. A company would have to topple their country without getting nuked by them. Good luck.
