Yesterday we got great news my daughter’s cancer is in remission. Throughout her treatment she used Manuka honey for the mouth sores and on her skin. It also helped with the unbearable nausea and stomach pains she was having. It’s expensive but 100% worth it.

@@karlasoto9270 it did! She would put a small amount in, swish it around allow it to sit for a little bit then add some more and do the same thing…she did for for 5-10 minutes a couple times a day. We also used Liquid IV to help keep her hydrated which also helped her skin (she has eczema too so it was terrible). I got 2 different levels of Manuka honey, one was over 500+ and the other was 800+….it’s expensive but 100% worth it.

Very effective. Used this for a kid with a large 3rd degree burn 7 yrs ago in south Africa. It is preferred over antibiotics when indicated by the wound care nurses there. Shocked at how well the child healed using this.

Hi terri, if you want to use Manuka Honey for wound healing please make sure you use the proper sterilized dressings, which are available as medical devices. Medical grade honey needs to be of at least 10 - 12 UMF rating and gamma-irradiated for sterilization. Using raw honey from the bottle which is meant for general consumption is not advisable as there may be clostridium spores present in raw honey. But these Manuka Honey dressings are one of the best wound dressings available out there to manage even complicated chronic wounds.

I wouldn't trust this guy fully because hes the one that says that oil pulling doesnt work but many that have done oil pulling have found great success. Even dentists that think out side the medical box oppose his false statement. This guy contradicts his statement also at the end of the video about applying honey to a cavity tooth. If you see, hes just advertising for his business

Hello, I hope this helps someone out there. I used manuka honey grade 10+ from Trader Joe’s and it cured me from some sort of super bug inside me. I suffered for 8 months to food sensitivity. I couldn’t eat a lot of stuff and if I ate something I was in pain all night and day. My stomach was bleeding, I had colonoscopy, endoscopy but they didn’t find anything. The bacteria that I had I may have gotten it thru food. I now feel great and I began to eat well and almost all kind of food. I can’t believe it. I took manuka honey 1 teaspoon in empty stomach for few wks. It really did cure me. God is great! 🙏

This definitely helps. Everyone is out here saying that the UMF grade needs to be over a certain amount, But to know that you had just UMF 10, and still had all of those wonderful results is amazing. God is wonderful.🎉

@@Deb_InMiami i used to get sinus infections every couple of weeks, and i get really congested, i started taking a tea spoon of manuka honey on an empty stomach every day and another spoon at night, i used UMF 15+ and UMF 20+ i started feeling much better after a week, i have no more sinus pressure, dizziness and yellow mucus, but sometimes i still feel congested at night but the pain is gone.

Thank you very much for the useful information. Personally, I would consider replacing my daily sweetener with Manuka honey for better oral hygiene but would not eat Manuka honey to get healthy. I think there are better things to do, like less snacking and sweetener, flossing daily etc. Less sugar, less money to spend, get healthier. Killing two birds with one stone.

I was introduced to MANUKA honey from a co-worker who had bad ulcers and she cured her ulcers by eating a spoonful of MANUKA honey every night before going to sleep, can’t eat anything after eating the honey. It works, also my niece was having a bacteria in her stomach and could not eat anything and I brought the MANUKA honey and she was heal from the bacteria in like a week.

MY experience with New Zealand’s honey is that the jar you held up doesn’t have the MAIN info listed. Yes, 20 UHF is good, however you should never ever buy it unless…….it gives the MGO and unless it is monoflora. Last week my family came down with Covid. 104 temps. The only Manuka I had on hand had an MGO of 850. They went ahead and used it and within 24 hours……no more fever. I emailed my favorite Manuka company and asked which is the actual strength I needed to buy……because I wanted to stock up. The company told me that I should aim between 600 to 850 MGO’s. So, I ordered a bunch of the 850 MGO’s which came in their usual 8.1 ounce jar. Each jar cost me $70.00. To show how very expensive Manuka is, I found an MGO of “ 1,123 “. And for 8.1 ounces, it cost………..$2,000.00. WHEW ! Anyway, if…..I……were YOU, I would deal with a better company.

@@dob8240 . I used Manukora, D. The jar is black. The first time I bought it, I got it from Amazon. But, last week my daughter bought it straight from the company in New Zealand. I was very surprised at how quickly it arrived…….plus, they gave Beth a discount. Not sure why, so don’t count on that part. By the way, I mistakenly said that my first Manuka had an MGO of 850. Wrong. It was only 115, but totally wiped out Charlotte’s fever ! But, when I got very specific with them in my email, that is when the lady told me that they recommended between 600 and 850. So, I switched for the 850 when everyone else got zonked with it. I know you will be very glad in buying this…………if for nothing else, to have on hand for emergencies. And keep green tea on hand with it ! Not sure where you live, but I am in the USA, in Georgia. Blessings to you, D. ❤️

@@barbgp4789 . Well, for ONCE youtube did not delete my comment ! Hallelujah ! You have no idea how many times they have deleted my Manuka explanations. On Amazon I , too, noticed some jars without the MGO’s stamped. Some scammer, I suppose. The company that I really trust is Manukora. Just always look for the two stamps on the jar in nice lettering……the MGO and the UMF in much smaller letters. Mine says 20+ for the UMF……850 for the MGO’s. Also, I don’t know why, but it appears that the product from New Zealand is more popular than from Australia. ❤️

@@carolcole570 UMF or MGO, they are both industry-accepted standards of rating Manuka Honey. UMF (Unique Manuka Factor) was used before MGO (methyl glyoxal) was discovered as the main active ingredient in Manuka Honey that contributed to the exceptional anti-bacterial properties. So the higher the UMF or MGO rating means the more MGO in that honey and the higher the price. UMF is now a trade mark, so not all produces will be using that rating. The newer brands are now using MGO rating mainly, though some use both in their product labels.

That is correct. The issue with this is the name. Manuka is a Maori word. Ozzies have a tendency to steal kiwi things. Call it anything you like in Oz, just not Manuka.

Dear doctor, I really need your advice. I have a mucocele on my lower lip for about three months. Can you please tell me whether remove it surgically is the only way to get rid of it? My family doctor referred me to a plastic surgeon who would charge me over $500 to cut it out, I don’t want to do it unless that’s the only way. Apparently, it's 100% on keeping out infection. Medical grade, not what you'd buy in a store. There's 2 of the best cosmetic surgeons in LA, and they both swear by it. And they're rich and famous for fixed botched surgery's. They actually have the show, "Botched" and they're extremely good! They both swear by it, for drawing all the garbage out of your wound.

Buy Japanese toothpaste. It’s expensive. I paid 80$ Canadian. Buy the Royal Apargard. It has higher concentration of Nanohydroxyapatite.

@@Morphedintoiat43buy at least 5+UMF . I bought 31 UMF, MGO 1717, 500 grams. I think that’s the highest . It’s expensive. I paid 269$Canadian +tax. But you can use 5UMF for toothpaste. It also healed my bleeding gums and receding gum. You need to brush with it as a toothpaste. I use 1/4 tsp. I use the highest UMF 31+ for emergency. My husband has stomach problems. I make him take it. My son, in Dec. 2021, end up with gangrene on his right shin. I freaked out because it was getting bigger, a size of a looney. He told me, it started from some insect bite and he scratched it. It got big and no amount of antibiotics cream could heal it. And, I remember, at the time, I had 5UMF Manuka Honey. I cleaned his gangrene with a hydrogen peroxide spray and let it dry out and after I slapped a thin amount of Manuka and I covered his wound with gauze. I’m not making this up. The next day , it was like 80% healed. I did the treatment again for the second time. The following morning, it dried out. I just couldn’t believe it! It was a miraculous. Thank God! After that experience, I never run out of Manuka. I have the highest UMF 31+ for emergency and a lesser grade for my toothpaste. FYI, it’s good for skin problems too. I used it for my sinus and ear infections. I just dip two ends of qtips and dunk it in my nostrils or ears. If I feel like I’m getting a flu or sick. I go for Manuka. I hope this don’t get erased. lol! Good luck!❤❤❤

I bought the highest UMF which is 31 for medicine and I have the 22 UMF for dental health. ❤❤❤ I also bought one jar for my 21 year old university student daughter who goes away from home to her school. She gets runny nose, colds, and flues. I told her to dip both ends of a QTip and dunk it into her nostrils as if she was doing the Covid testing. 1:27...to me, honey isn't 'delicious' period! Food was scarce growing up, because my dad was rich and completely insane. So the odd time my mum could sneak out a slice or two of bread for me, etc, he would not 'waste money' on butter and or spread. So honey and or jam was slapped on and I had to dash...bread doesn't react so kindly to jam & no spread. So 'average Joe honey' is massively triggering, but yet manuka honey is not! But I mainly use it to replace sugar to sweeten my milk for rice crispies or unsweetened breakfast cereals, or hot chocolate etc, I've had far too many viruses in 7 years, averaging 2 + half weeks each time, I'm prob still suffering long COVID, (that lasted well over 3 weeks & required penicillin to, kick it to the kerb!), & have also realised I or my body could no longer deal with my levels of stress, but I WILL still keep masks in my handbag at all times. Manuka honey is the only one I happily put a teaspoon of straight into my mouth & NOT feel negatively triggered.

because it has a higher amount of methylglyoxal, which is the main antibacterial agent. this is because it comes from New Zealand where their native trees carry a unique type of pollen that the bees use to make it!
